Mel Carr has been your electrical contractor for the past 30 years. In 1976, Mel founded Mel Carr Electric Corp., and since that day, our vans have been servicing the Capital Region with professionalism and expertise in the field of residential electrical contracting.

Mel's early days in the electrical field found him working in all fields of Electrical Contracting. From very large commercial work to smaller residential, Mel found his niche in servicing private residences. His commitment to perfecting his trade, as well as offering a reasonable rate for his services, allowed Mel Carr Electric Corp. to become the best choice for all of your electrical contracting needs.

In the fall of 2003, Mel's youngest son, Rob, became a part of this family organization, ensuring that Mel Carr Electric Corp. will remain your electrical contractor for years to come.
